Edit or cancel my order after it is placedUpdated a year ago

You can edit or cancel your order based on its status:

1. If your order is at "Draft" status or "Needs Approval" status, you are allowed to cancel or edit your order. Simply click on the order and make the necessary changes or click "Cancel Order" to cancel it.
2. Once you have successfully paid for your order and its status changes to "In Production", you will not be able to edit or change your order. We strive to fulfill orders promptly, which is why we currently do not allow order cancellations at this stage. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.
