Edit or cancel my order after it is placedUpdated 6 hours ago

You can edit or cancel your order based on its status:

  1. If your order is at "Draft", "Failed", "Needs Customization" or "Needs Approval" status, you are allowed to cancel or edit your order. Simply click on the order and make the necessary changes by clicking "Edit" order items or "Edit" Shipping Address or click "Cancel Order" to cancel it.

  2. Once you have successfully paid for your order and its status changes to "In Production", you will not be able to edit order items or cancel your order. You will be able to edit Shipping Address details in an early stage (before shipping process begins) except for Country, State/Province/Territory, Postal/Zip Code, and Shipping Method which are not allowed to be modified.
    We strive to fulfill orders promptly, which is why we currently do not allow order cancellations at this stage. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.
