What is your Cancellation Policy?

At Knitwise, each knitted sweater is custom-made to order, tailored specifically to meet the unique preferences of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and if you or your customer encounter any quality issues with your order, please reach out to us atwecare@knitwise.com. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

Orders are typically produced in 7 to 10 days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1 week for air express shipping and 2-3 weeks for air economy shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipping cost varies based on the shipping method, product, and total quantity of items in each order. To determine the actual shipping cost, please refer to the shipping section of each product, where the cost will be specified.
