Here are two ways to set up your Shopify shipping profile:
1. Link to the Knitwise shipping profile
(Please accept the app update to allow Knitwise to send the shipping profile to your store.)
2. Create your own shipping profile
(Plese note that the Economy shipping method will be assigned by default to that product when we process the order. )
Option 1: Link to the Knitwise shipping profile.
1. Each product you add to your Shopify store, will be automatically listed under the Knitwise Shipping Profile. You will find this profile under Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
2. Edit the shipping rate by clicking "Edit rate" based on your pricing strategy
- Please don't modify the custom rate name, as it may cause incorrect shipping method in the order.
3. Remove a country from the list by clicking "Edit zone" if you don't want to sell your products to that country.
- Please don't add any more countries to the profile, as this will prevent order processing.
Option 2: Create your own shipping profile
1. Set up your own shipping profile by following the steps provided by Shopify.
- Please refer to our Shipping Policy to set up your shipping profile.
2. Remove Knitwise product from Knitwise shipping profile and assign it to your own shipping profile.
- Plese note that the Economy shipping method will be assigned by default to that product when we process the order.
- If you want to upgrade your order to Express shipping, please edit your order in the Knitwise App directly.
