How to edit an order?Updated 14 hours ago

You can edit order items when your order is in Draft, Failed, Needs Approval, or Needs Customization status:

  1. In the Order details, you can find the "Edit" button next to the "Order Items" title. 2. You can edit item size, quantity, and remove or add a product.


You can edit shipping information when your order is in Draft, Failed, Needs Approval, Needs Customization, or early* In Production status:

  1. In the Order details, you can find the "Edit" button next to the "Shipping Address" title.
  2. You can edit all shipping information details.
    *Note: You are only allowed to edit shipping details in an early In Production status before the shipping process starts. Country, State/Province/Territory, Postal/Zip Code, and Shipping Method are not allowed to be modified.
