Make an order directlyUpdated a month ago

  1. Click the "New Order" button to start a new order.
  2. Select the desired product template from the "My Product Templates" section.
  3. Depending on the product type:
    • if Regular, Choose the size you want and click "Continue" to add the product to your cart.
    • if Personalized, Choose the size you want and click "Upload Design File"
      Tip: Currently, only BMP file format is accepted in the app.
      Then click "Check Format" to ensure the design files meet the design requirementsIf your design fails the format checker, you can click on "Report" to see what is the issue
      Below is an example of a format checker report.
      Tip: If you have any questions about the report, please do not hesitate to contact [email protected].
      Once your design passes the format checker, you'll be now click "Continue". Then you'll see it added as a Line Item on your order showing the design file you uploaded earlier.
  4. If needed, click the "Add Product" button to include more items in your cart.
  5. Proceed to the "Continue to shipping" step to enter your shipping address and select the shipping method.
  6. Review your order details to ensure accuracy. If you have a pre-set billing method, you can proceed to payment by clicking "Pay". For instructions on setting up a billing method, please refer to How to setup and edit your billing method
    If you are paying via invoice, you i'll see "Submit Button" which submits the order to production w/o going through the payment process.
  7. Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will appear in the "Order" section with the status "In Production" indicating that we have received and are processing your order.
